I cannot accept responsibility for packages lost by the Post Office. I will make every attempt to help. If your order shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact your local Post Office. I don't have their number.

You the customer are responsible for providing the correct address to ship to. If you need your package to ship to a different address please message me. Once I have printed your shipping label I can’t change it.
